1. Introduction

Gyeonghoeru Pavilion Special Tour provides a special opportunity to enjoy Gyeongbokgung, which is a must-see destination for travelers in Korea. Only open to 30 people, don't miss out on the opportunity to visit Gyeonghoeru Pavilion in Gyeongbokgung Palace!
This tour is a special experience program that includes an internal tour of Gyeonghoeru, which was a venue for royal banquets during the Joseon Dynasty.
▶ Gyeongbokgung Palace Tour Guide (English, 10 minutes)
○ You can take a tour inside the Gyeonghoeru with a professional English guide.
▶ Hanbok Experience (10 minutes)
○ Wear traditional Korean hanbok and take a stroll through Gyeongbokgung Palace to feel like you've gone back to the Joseon era.
▶ Performance(20 minutes)
○ A performance with a combination of three instruments, the content of the performance is the same, but the instrument arrangement varies each day
2. Performance Information
○ Introduction to traditional music and instruments (around 5 minutes), Millennium Cheer (around 10 minutes), Yeongsan Hoesang (around 5 minutes)
○ Millennium Cheer: A representative Korean traditional instrumental piece that wishes for a lifespan of a thousand years
○ Yeongsan Hoesang: Representative cultural music enjoyed by Confucian scholars in the late Joseon Dynasty
○ Wednesday, May 1st ~ Friday, May 3rd: Haegeum, Yanggeum, Danso
○ Saturday, May 4th ~ Sunday, May 5th: Haegeum, Yanggeum, Gayageum
* Enjoy a performance where you can appreciate traditional music enjoyed in the royal court during the Joseon Dynasty. Sit at the pavilion and listen carefully to the music sound carried by the wind.
▶ Gyeonghoeru Pavillion Free Tour (20 minutes)
○ Capture special memories of your trip to Korea in photos at Gyeonghoeru Pavilion in Gyeongbokgung Palace.
3. How To Use
○ Reservation Method: Pre-book with Create Trip (maximum 4 tickets per person)
○ Reservation Confirmation: Entry allowed after checking Create Trip reservation details on site
○ Sales Period : Reservations available until 23:59 (KST) two days before the event
○ Event Period : May 1, 2024 ~ May 5, 2024 / Open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
○ Special Note: On-site purchase of tickets to Gyeongbokgung Palace is required (1 person/KRW 3,000)
○ Viewing Time : Approximately 60 minutes
○ Viewing Course : Gyeongbokgung Palace Tour Guide (English, 10 minutes) - Hanbok Experience (10 minutes) - Performance Viewing (20 minutes) - Free Viewing (20 minutes)
○ Age Restriction: Ages 8 and above allowed (Under 8 not allowed for safety reasons)
○ Experience Time (limited to 30 people per session): Must arrive 5 minutes early

- Session3 : 14:00 ~ 15:00
- Session4 : 16:00 ~ 17:00
○ Reservation Procedure
- Please provide detailed information requested.
- Once payment is completed, the reservation is confirmed immediately.
- On-site registration location (in front of Hamhongmun Gate in Gyeonghoeru, Gyeongbokgung Palace) please wait until 5 minutes before viewing. We will start admission after confirming the reservation details at the registration location. Please present your Creatrip reservation details.
* During the event period, a separate registration location will be operated at 'Gyeongbokgung Gyeonghoeru (in front of Hamheungmun)
▶ The ticket office at Gyeongbokgung Palace (Gyeonghoeru) is located about a 10-minute walk from the reception area.
4. Things To Keep In Mind
▶ During Reservation
○ This event operates on a 100% advance reservation system, and there will be no on-site sales.
○ Participants can only join the schedule selected at the time of reservation. It is not possible to participate in a different schedule than the one reserved.
○ This event is for foreigner-only tickets. If a Korean purchases it, it may be cancelled without notice, and Koreans cannot participate in the event. (Accompanying foreigners is not allowed, but foreign passport holders can enter.)
○ To enter the event, please purchase a ticket to Gyeongbokgung Palace (KRW 3,000) at the Gyeongbokgung on-site ticket office. (Ticket purchase required)
○ If you have rented a hanbok from outside, admission to Gyeongbokgung Palace is free, and you can freely explore the palace after the event ends.
○ Foreigners under 18 or over 65 are eligible for free admission to Gyeongbokgung Palace. Please present your identification (passport) at the Gyeongbokgung ticket office for age verification.
○ This ticket cannot be purchased and used on the same day.
○ A maximum of 4 tickets per person can be reserved. If you purchase more than 4 tickets, the entire purchase may be cancelled. Also, the tickets reserved cannot be transferred between acquaintances.
○ Please enter the information of the booker and accompanying person at the time of reservation. If the information of the booker and accompanying person is different on-site, or if the reservation is made fraudulently, it will be void and no refund will be given upon discovery.
○ If found to be using fraudulent methods or purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale, the ticket may be canceled and use restricted without prior notice.
○ For reservation changes and inquiries, please contact help@creatrip.com.
▶ During Visit
○ On-site registration location (in front of Hamhongmun Gate in Gyeonghoeru, Gyeongbokgung Palace) please wait until 5 minutes before viewing.
○ We will start admission after confirming the reservation details at the registration location. Please present your Creatrip reservation details.
○ Hanbok experience will provide simple outerwear style clothing and traditional hats, and the actual experience may be different from the example photos.
○ There is no separate changing area at the event venue, so those who rented Hanbok from outside may not be able to participate in the 'Hanbok Experience' included in the event.
○ Only available for ages 8 and above. (Children under 8 are not allowed for safety reasons) Please be aware that there may be restrictions on entry if the entry time has elapsed.
○ This event involves approximately 60 minutes of walking, so please wear comfortable shoes.
○ The event time may change due to inclement weather or unavoidable circumstances, and full refunds will be provided before the event.
○ We are not responsible for accidents or loss of personal belongings due to personal negligence.
○ Food, tripods, flash photography, and other items with safety and facility damage concerns are not allowed to be brought in.
○ Pets are not allowed at the event.
○ All areas within the palace grounds are non-smoking areas.
○ There may be media coverage on the day of the event, and individual programs may be filmed without prior notice.
○ Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotion, research, publication materials, etc. by the Cultural Heritage Administration of Korea.
