Advance reservation is essential for offline advice and counseling about a wedding ceremony at Korea House. Online booking is available.

Traditional Weddings take place outdoors in the central courtyard (Jungjeong Madang) of Korea House.

The Renewal of Marriage Vows ceremony is held indoors at Woogeumheon Pavilion, an annex of Korea House.

Traditional Korean Wedding

The Traditional Korean Wedding, the main product of Korea House,

has been offered since 1982 when the institution was opened at the foot of Namsan Mountain as a special venue where sacred marriage vows are made by bride and groom.

The wedding ceremony held at Korea House complies strictly with the procedures and formalities of the traditional Korean wedding ceremony.

The wedding at Korea House includes the followings :
  • Venue Rental (Central Courtyard)
  • Wedding Table (Choryesang)
  • Basic Wedding Outfits (Bride and Groom)
  • Celebratory Performance (Samhyeon Yukgak Ensemble)
  • Wedding Ceremony Items
  • Wedding Garments for Officiants (Main Officiant, Assistant Officiant, and Bearer of the Wooden Geese)
  • Tent
Reception : 150,000 (per Person)
  • Hanjeongsik Course Meal (Excluding Beverages)
  • Minimum of 50 to maximum of 70
Small Wedding

As the second main product of Korea House, the small wedding allows married couples to renew or reaffirm their marriage vows,

typically when celebrating silver, gold or diamond wedding anniversaries.

The ceremony is simpler than the Traditional Wedding Ceremony but just as dignified, and takes place in an annex of Korea House.

The wedding at Korea House includes the followings :
  • Venue Rental (Munhyangnu Pavilion)
  • Wedding Table (Choryesang)
  • Basic Wedding Outfits (Bride and Groom)
  • Wedding Ceremony Items
  • Wedding Garments for Officiants (Main Officiant and Bearer of the Wooden Geese)
Reception: 150,000 (per Person) or 250,000 (per Person)
  • Hanjeongsik Course Meal (Excluding Beverages)
  • Minimum of 6 to maximum of 50
DIY Wedding

This product allows bride and groom to design the details of their wedding ceremony according to their own wishes,

from the background of the ceremonial venue to the wedding garments and music.

The wedding at Korea House includes the followings :
  • Venue Rental (Central Courtyard)
  • Officiant’s Table
  • Floral Decoration for the Ceremonial Platform (artificial flowers)
  • Chairs for the Guests
  • Wedding Items
  • Tent
