1. About Program

○ Part 1 : Exhibition (Jungmyeongjeon 1st Floor)
- Learn about the history and royal culture of the Korean Empire through Jungmyeongjeon’s permanent exhibitions.
- Discover the historical importance of Jungmyeongjeon, where the Eulsa Treaty was signed and modern diplomacy began.
○ Part 2 : Royal Cuisine Talk Show & Experience (Jungmyeongjeon 2nd Floor Auditorium)
- A gourmet talk show featuring Emperor Gojong’s state banquet dishes and diplomatic stories.
- Learn the history behind “The Emperor's Dining Table,” where Gojong hosted foreign envoys.
- Taste a recreated royal banquet from September 20, 1905, shared by Gojong and Alice Roosevelt.

- Hwaryangjeok : Beef chuck flap tail, bellflower root, pork leg, beef tripe, beef liver, spine meat, boiled beef slices, sea cucumber, green onion, shiitake mushroom, egg, sesame oil, pepper, perilla powder, salt, mung bean starch, pine nuts, soy sauce
- Jeonbokcho : Abalone, soy sauce, honey, beef tenderloin, pine nuts, sesame oil, pepper
- Jeonyueo : Mullet, flour, sesame oil, egg, salt
- Pyeonyuk : Beef brisket, flank meat
- Jang Kimchi : Napa cabbage, radish, green onion, duck, garlic, chili, ginger, soy sauce, salt, shiitake mushroom, pine nuts, honey, chili powder
- Goldongmyeon : Buckwheat noodles, beef tenderloin, egg, pepper, perilla powder, sesame oil, soy sauce
- Wonsopyeong : Glutinous rice flour, sugar, jujube flesh
2. Event Period : May 1 (Thu) - May 3 (Sat), 2025, 6 sessions in total over 3 days (2 sessions per day)
3. Duration : Approximately 80 minutes (10 minutes for exhibition viewing + 70 minutes for food experience and talk show)
4. Age Restriction : Only adults aged 18 and over (born in 2006 or earlier) can participate.
5. Participants : Maximum 20 people per session
6. Time (KST) : Must arrive at least 10 minutes early (English commentary)
○ Session 1 : 1:00 PM ~ 2:20 PM
○ Session 2 : 6:30 PM ~ 7:50 PM
